This may affect a person directly or indirectly and can be lethal especially if the person is allergic to alcohol. Please check the label as to how much percentage alcohol a certain extract might contain. Herbal extracts as a part of alternative medicine therapy is also a common use for most extracts. These are usually massaged or rubbed onto a sprained or corresponding part of a person’s body. The herbal extracts that are usually used for alternative medicine therapy may differ slightly from those that are used in cooking and baking but some are also similar to them. The alternative medicine therapy that is usually done to an individual to improve his health usually includes massage therapy. Some herbal extracts are also used as aromatherapy for some individuals. These may still retain their smell despite being soaked in a small percentage of alcohol. Herbal extracts are very useful for many individuals and can have a positive effect on the health and disposition of a person.
